Back Pain Relief

“Back pain” is a term that can be caused by an array of different conditions. Back pain is found specifically in the upper, middle or lower back. For example, you may experience back pain due to poor posture, a motor vehicle accident, or a lifting injury. The treatment plan that Integrity Therapy Group therapist sets up for you, will depend on how you developed the back pain, in addition to its exact location and your past medical history..

Neck Pain Relief

Physical therapy is one of the best methods for treating neck pain. Treatments for your neck pain will most likely include manual or “hands-on” therapy, which consists of special techniques designed to reduce the stiffness of your neck and improve its range of motion..
Our therapists will also provide you with targeted exercises that will strengthen, build, and improve the muscles and tissues in your neck.

Knee Pain Relief

Don't let knee pain hinder your progress. Working in tandem with our physical therapist, you'll embark on a collaborative journey to enhance joint function, allowing you to resume your regular activities with increased flexibility and reduced discomfort. Your Integrity Therapy Group therapist will tailor exercises to fortify and stabilize your knees, while also utilizing treatments designed to alleviate pain and expedite the recovery of injured tissues.

Hip Pain Relief

Hip pain does not have to keep you from doing what you want! Physical therapy can alleviate, if not eliminate, your hip pain.Workouts to strengthen your back muscles, lower abdominal muscles, and pelvic muscles, as well as core-building exercises, are included. Core exercises will help you distribute your weight more evenly and improve your posture. Joint mobilization and other specialized therapies may be included in your recovery plan. .

Fast
Measurable
Results!

Integrity Therapy offers a
wide range of treatments
that bring immediate results.
Self-care and home exercise
instruction are essential
for fast results.
Don’t waste time in your therapy
visits and run out of insurance
benefits before your goals are met.

Dedication & Reliability

We are not a mega practice. We feel comfortable treating a number of conditions, but we do not have athletic trainers, massage therapists, marketing department. It is just us, however our experience helps us to focus on YOU and your difficulties. We can council/advise you about your condition, teach you what the condition really incorporates and then, with your help, come up with a plan that meets your needs. It’s not about ITG, it’s about the nice patients we try to help.

Knowledge to avoid
future problems

Preventative physical therapy
can help maintain your body’s
health and prepare you to
pursue physical activities safely.
It does not matter whether
it is for your job or sport;
Physical Therapy can help
you gain the strength
you need to avoid injury.

Faith & Family

Our staff is committed to service. We look at our practice as a ministry to try, as best we can to meet the needs of those who visit us. We really do treat our patients as family. We want to treat everyone we see as if they were our mother, father, grands, children, brothers or sisters.

The mobility to return
to an active lifestyle

Physical therapy plays an
important role during the healing
and rehabilitation phase of any injury.
Early intervention and education
of one’s pain can speed up the return
to an active lifestyle.
With the help of our physical therapists
we confidently guide patients back
to optimal health using modern pain
and rehabilitation concepts.

Service & Care

Lastly, we truly look at our practice as a service to the patients. We do not focus on “how many treatments we can do”, or “how many different treatments we can perform” for any given PT session. We are responsible with your insurance limitations and want you to know what your individual coverage is and use the visits responsibly.

“Very Patient And Very Caring”

My Doctor said I needed Physical Therapy after my back surgery but I thought I didn't need it. I was sorely wrong about that and eventually, I was forced to seek help and ITG was recommended by a friend. WOW! I had no idea what I was missing and WHY. The staff at ITG were very patient and very caring. They told me how to perform the exercises I needed to help me get back to normal and they told me why and how they worked on my body. Very intelligent and professional service. I would definitely recommend Integrity to anyone looking for Physical Therapy and get back to normal.
