Greg Miles, Physical Therapist
Greg is the owner of Integrity Therapy Group,LLC. He has been practicing physical therapy since receiving his M.S.P.T. degree from UAB in 1982. Greg has worked most of his career in the Florence area. He has received advanced education in the treatment of spine disorders with emphasis in the McKenzie approach to spinal dysfunction. He also has experience in the treatment of soft tissue disorders utilizing trigger point therapy, cupping, and is certified in dry needling. He has also attended conferences on ergonomics through the Matheson program, and studied functional capacity evaluation techniques utilizing the Isernhagen, and Blankenship and Ergoscience approaches. He has performed on site job analyses, and taught proper materials handling techniques. He is also certified in LSVT BIG treatment protocol for Parkinson’s patients.
Karen Anderson, Office Manager
Karen has worked as Integrity Therapy Group’s office Manager since its opening in August of 2004. She obtained her certificate in Human Resource in 2008 from the University of North Alabama and is a Notary for the state of Alabama. She has worked in the field of physical therapy for over 40 years ranging from physical therapy aide, physical therapy receptionist and manager for physical therapy departments in various settings. She has over 20 years experience in management of physical therapy and is versed in coding, insurance benefits, Medicare, Blue Cross guidelines and compliance. Karen has dealt extensively with workman’s compensation, case workers, and insurance adjustors. She continues to keep up to date on changes in insurance issues routinely by attending courses and seminars. Karen is a member of the Shoals area Workers Compensation meetings. She always has our patients’ best interest at heart, and is easy to talk to, and willing to help.
Louann Schrock, P.T.
Louann graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1996 with her B.S. degree in physical therapy. Since then, she has made Florence, Alabama her home.
She has worked in various settings including hospital and outpatient clinics. She utilizes her skills with a number of patient needs including benign vertigo, balance/neurological disorders, general weakness, spine and orthopedic issues.

Lori Hunt, L.P.T.A.
Lori was born in Ohio but in 1991 married her husband that is from the Florence area and moved to Alabama. She graduated from Wallace State Community College in 1998 with an Associates Degree in licensed physical therapist assistant. She has worked in several therapists’ settings including acute care, home health, nursing home and out patient clinics. With opportunities working in a variety of settings she has been able to work with several different patient care types and needs including orthopedic, stroke, wound care, general surgeries, and sport injuries with patients ranging in all kinds of age groups from pediatric to geriatric. Lori has worked at Integrity since 2005 and says she continues to learn from the staff and therapists that are not only co -workers but considers a part of her family.
Belinda Henningan, L.P.T.A.
Belinda graduated from UAB School of Health Related Professions with an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy in August, 1989. Belinda is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She has worked in a variety of settings during her career. She first spent several years working in hospital settings seeing acute care in-patients, as well as out-patients. She has worked with patients ranging from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, strokes, burns and wounds. She also spent some time with pool (aquatic therapy) Belinda says she really enjoys working at Integrity Therapy Group and “we are not just co-workers, we are family” and hopes our patients feel like family too.
Anna Smith, L.P.T.A.
Anna was born and raised in Muscle Shoals. She is a 2012 graduate of Calhoun Community College with an Associate’s Degree as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been part of the Integrity Therapy Group since 2014, and continues to learn from her co-workers that are more like family. Since beginning her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant, she has had the opportunity to work in different therapy settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Rehabilitation, and Outpatient Clinics. Over the years, she has been blessed to be able to work with different patients of all ages, with focus on orthopedics, geriatrics, stroke, and sport injuries. She is married to her husband, Kade, and they have two boys. Anna loves her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant because she loves to help people reach goals that they feel are unattainable.
